The digital rulers from Sony® have a reading head with a flexible swivel guide and are ideal for the mounting on multisystems for
example: milling- and turning machines or roboter equipment. The positional displays contain all the necessary programm functions
for the businesses of tool machinerys. A special recording head garanties the extrem accuracy pitch. The multiple reading head
generates an adequate signal from the magnetised example of the digital ruler. The generated analog signal from the reading head
is divided electronically and digitized.

Brandname change from „Sony“ to „Magnescale“
After the 1st of April 2010, the logo on the products, manuals and packages for Lasercale from Sony will be replaced to the brandname “Magnescale“. There will be no changes in performance, specifications and quality of the products. In the transfer phase of 2010, it might be possible that the customers receive products with the name Sony and Magnescale.
