The digital gauges from Magnescale® are high-presicion measurement instruments with a resolution up to 0.1 µm. They work after the mature magnescale-principal and delivers a incremantal output signal. For the direct connection to the SPS or to a positional display, these are the ideal instruments for the automated assembly. A special recording head garanties the extreme pitch accuracy. The more-column reading head generated out of the magnetized example on the gauge corresponding signal. The generated analog signal from the reading head, is electronically divided and digitized.
